Why are we processing your data?
The processing of your data allows us to provide services, including maintaining your account on the beautique-eu.eu website, and contact related to the performance of the contract.

In particular, we process your personal data:

  • in order to perform the contract for the provision of services (including, inter alia, communication related to the provision of services, communication via contact forms). The basis for processing is the indispensability to perform the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR). If during the use of your beautique-eu.eu account you provided us with some data, the application of which was optional (by completing the optional field in the account settings), the basis for their processing is consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a).
  • in order to handle complaints and any other claims. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of beautique-eu.eu (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the RODO, based on the use of analyzes regarding your activity on the website and actions taken for internal reporting and determining the optimal directions of our development. Due to the legitimate interest, the data may also be made available to entities from our capital group in the abovementioned purposes, including for the purpose of building profiles that can be used to improve the quality of services and to match the content offered on websites by these entities. In the case of express consent (consent), these profiles can also be used to present you ads tailored to your interests and preferences;

Your personal data will be processed in an IT environment, which means that they can also be temporarily stored and processed to ensure the security and correct operation of IT systems, e.g. in the context of security backups, tests of changes in information systems, detection of irregularities or protection against abuse and attacks.

How long do we keep your data?
Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract. In addition, after its completion, however, no longer than 10 years from the date of termination of the contract, for the purposes of:

  • pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
  • prevention of fraud and fraud,

After this period, the data may be processed only in the case and to the extent that it will be required by law, in particular in connection with the performance of obligations arising from tax and accounting regulations,

How to withdraw consent?
To the extent that the basis for the processing of your data is consent, your data will be processed until it is withdrawn. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. If you want to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, you can do so via email or traditional mail.

Who do we share your data with?
In connection with the services that external entities provide to beautique-eu.eu, these entities may gain access to your personal data to the extent necessary for the implementation of these services. These entities are service and IT systems providers, legal service providers and other external subcontractors.

What rights do you have?
Due to the processing by your beautique-eu.eu, you have a number of rights:

If your request includes copies of data, you can help us by indicating a copy of what data you would like to receive. Beautique-eu.eu may charge a fee for the second and subsequent copies, about which you will be notified. The amount of the fee will correspond to the costs of its preparation.
  • You can request the rectification of your data (if they have been incorrectly saved or if they have changed), their removal (if there is no reason for beautique-eu.eu to process them) or processing restrictions (if you want beautique-eu.eu to process your data only in a limited extent, until your opposition or request for rectification is considered, and if you want the data to be stored in connection with your claims).
  • You can request the transfer of your data that you provided to us in a structured, commonly used format, readable by machine. You can give the data yourself to your chosen administrator.
